Privacy Policy

Introduction

Millenium-Solutions Kft. (the "Data Controller") provides facade and solar panel cleaning services using industrial drone and robotic technology.

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to allow data subjects to review the Data Controller's data processing policies, principles and practices, and to access, in the simplest and most transparent way, the information and procedures through which they can learn about and exercise their rights.

The Data Controller places great importance on the protection of personal data and continuously ensures its security. The Data Controller fully complies with the applicable data protection provisions, including Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the "GDPR").

This Privacy Policy is continuously available on the Data Controller's website at www.skytechclean.eu, as well as at the Data Controller's registered office.

General information

Data processing principles

Personal data must be processed lawfully and fairly.
Personal data may only be processed for clearly defined, lawful purposes, for the exercise of rights and the fulfilment of obligations.
We only process the personal data that is necessary and suitable for achieving the purpose of the processing.
Personal data may only be processed to the extent and for the duration necessary to achieve the purpose.
We strive to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data during processing.

Definitions

identifiable natural person: a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier;
data subject: a natural person identified or identifiable on the basis of any information;
personal data: any information relating to the data subject;
consent: any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject's wishes;
recipient: a natural or legal person, or an organisation without legal personality, to whom personal data is disclosed by the Data Controller;
personal data breach: a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, personal data.

I. The Data Controller's activity

The Data Controller provides facade and solar panel cleaning services using industrial drone and robotic technology to the Customer/data subject. The specific content of the service is set out in the individual service agreement.

II. Purpose, legal basis, scope and duration of the processing of personal data

A) The purpose of the processing is to establish contact between the data subject and the Data Controller (e.g. via the quote request form on the website), to establish a contractual relationship, and to request and perform the services provided by the Data Controller, including payment of fees.

B) Legal basis: performance of a contract, or steps taken prior to entering into a contract at the data subject's request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

C) Scope of data processed: name, company name, email address, phone number, and any other information voluntarily provided in the quote request (e.g. project description).

D) The recipient of the data processing is exclusively the Data Controller.

E) Duration of processing: data subjects' data is processed from the start of contact. If no contractual relationship is established, the data subject's data is deleted without delay. In case of a contract, the data subject's personal data is kept in active processing until performance and payment of the fee under the contract. Following termination of the contract, personal data is processed until any disputes are resolved, and in accordance with retention periods prescribed by applicable financial and tax legislation.

III. The data processing procedure

The data subject can learn about the Data Controller's activities and contact details on www.skytechclean.eu. Initial contact is also made on this website, by completing the quote request form with name, company name, email address and phone number. Substantive data processing only begins when the service agreement is concluded. If no service agreement is concluded, the personal data obtained up to that point is deleted without delay.

IV. Data processing and data security rules

The Data Controller treats the personal data provided confidentially and does not disclose it to third parties, except for the data processor identified in this Policy. The Data Controller is responsible for the security of personal data. Documents stored digitally (quote requests, contracts, invoices) are kept on secure, password-protected devices.

V. Personal data breach

The Data Controller strives to ensure that the integrity and confidentiality of personal data is never compromised. Within 72 hours of becoming aware of an event giving rise to suspicion of a personal data breach, the Data Controller decides on the necessary further steps, seeking external legal assistance if required.

VI. Rights of the data subject and remedies

The data subject has the right to be informed about their processed personal data (right of access), to request rectification (right to rectification), restriction of processing (right to restriction), erasure (right to erasure), and to receive their data in order to transmit it to another controller (right to data portability). The data subject is entitled to administrative and judicial remedies.

Where can the data subject turn? The data subject may submit their request to the Data Controller's contact details (info@skytechclean.eu). The Data Controller will provide written information on the measures taken no later than 25 days after the request is submitted.

Remedies: in case of a breach of the law, the data subject may lodge a complaint against the Data Controller with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).

The data subject is also entitled to initiate proceedings before the competent court of their place of residence or habitual stay, and may claim damages or compensation for non-pecuniary loss if the Data Controller causes damage through unlawful processing or infringes the data subject's personality rights.

VII. Data processor

The Data Controller uses the following data processor for website hosting:

Bluehost
The hosting provider is responsible for operating the website and providing hosting services. Although not established within the European Union, the processor acknowledges the GDPR as binding on its own controller and processor activities.

VII/A. Cookies and web analytics (Google Analytics)

This website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to produce anonymous visitor statistics. Measurement starts only with the data subject's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); consent can be given or declined in the banner shown on the site, and changed or withdrawn at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

Data processed: page views, general browser and device information, approximate location, time of visit and time spent on the site (the IP address is anonymised). Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_*, valid for up to 2 years. Without consent these cookies are not set.

Google may transfer data outside the European Union; such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards applied by Google (e.g. the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, standard contractual clauses).

VIII. Amendments to this Policy
